I recently had Westbound Pools replace the liner in my pool. They responded quickly and were out to perform the work in just a few days. They were very professional, did excellent work, and the pricing was very competitive. He also upgraded the plumbing on my pump/filter system for a small extra charge. Our liner tore and all water drained out right before the snow and ice hit in January. I called Braden, he ordered a liner, advised how to keep the pool from collapsing with the snow, ice and Oklahoma wind headed our way. . On February 16 it was warm enough they came out and installed the new liner, it looks Great!!!!!

The pool itself is nice but the online pool company and customer service they provided were terrible - we thought parts were missing but nobody would speak to us and they didn’t ship our liner. After much patience and multiple attempts, Braden got us hooked up and it turned a nightmare purchase experience into an awesome install experience. We highly recommend and can’t wait to get the landscaping and finishing touches done.
